Band Instruction
Texas Community Musicians LLC strives to introduce the wonderful world of music to as many people as possible. We offer this program to students who have never before picked up a band instrument as well as those who have had a little bit of experience from previous programs or teachers.
Orchestra Instruction
Music programs across the Greater Houston area are promoting the orchestral ensemble as it trends upwards. Students interested in learning string instruments will thrive in this orchestral instruction program.
Guitar, Piano, or Drums Ensemble
In multiple studies and surveys conducted by music advocacy specialists, the guitar, piano, and drums are consistently listed as the top 3 most popular instruments. Our programs will not only teach students these popular instruments with expert technique, but the group setting will increase cooperation, motivation, and accountability with students thus helping to master the skills quicker than with individual instruction.
Music Explorers
Music is right for everyone at any age! We also offer Music Explorers instruction that will provide an overview of key musical skill such as reading music, tuneful singing, and beginning instrumental performances with less complex instruments such as the ukulele, xylophone, bongos, and many more. Your musician can start this class as early as six months!
Adult Instruction
Do you own an instrument that you have been meaning to learn but you don't know where to start and now its collecting dust? Or perhaps you already know how to play a bit but would like to get to that next level? We've got you covered here, too. Texas Community Musicians love working with adult musicians and we offer flexible scheduling options to ensure we can fit into your busy schedule.
Homeschool Curriculum
Here at Texas Community Musicians, we are avid supporters of homeschooling families. Our teachers are ready and willing to supplement your homeschool curriculum with music and the performing arts. We will be happy to visit you on your time to teach instruments, music theory, and even participate in performing ensembles! Both individual families and homeschool programs are welcome to reach out for options!
Schools and Childcare Centers
Is your establishment of education lacking music instruction? Maybe you have a music program and could use a little help or jump start. Texas Community Musicians is proud to work with Schools, Daycares, and Churches to provide high quality music instruction. We can offer a wide variety of classes to a wide variety of student population Pre-k through 12th grade.
